Job Description:
The International Glamour Project (TIGP) is India's leading International Pageant and Career Development platform. We help women break into pageantry, modelling, films, music videos, and personal branding through a structured, premium pathway.
We are hiring a Business Development Executive or Sales Intern to engage warm inbound leads and convert them into enrolled participants. Every conversation you have will help shape someone's career.
WE DO NOT COLD-CALL.... We engage with leads who have shown significant interest.
About the Role
You will speak with leads interested in TIGP's career tracks, understand their goals, build trust, and guide them to enrolment. This is a consultative role — not high-pressure cold sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage warm inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand prospects' goals and recommend the right TIGP track
- Maintain a premium, classy, consultative tone in every interaction
- Hit monthly conversion targets and unlock uncapped incentives
- Maintain CRM hygiene and report performance weekly
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English (and Hindi preferred)
- Persuasive, warm, and genuinely interested in helping people
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working in a premium brand environment — no pushy sales energy
Experience: Open to all levels — attitude, communication, and intent matter more than years.
Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹15000- 20,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives per closure (uncapped — top performers earn significantly more)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, full-time, on-site at our Navi Mumbai office.
