Hiring: Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager
Location:Navi Mumbai - ONSITE
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance incentives
The International Glamour Project (TIGP) works with aspiring models and individuals seeking entry into fashion, pageants, and media platforms. Our programs operate in a premium segment, with clients investing significantly in their careers.
We are looking for individuals who are comfortable handling high-intent clients, managing conversations with clarity, and converting opportunities through structured follow-ups.
This role is suited for someone who:
- Communicates clearly and confidently in English and Hindi
- Can handle aspirational clients without being pushy or casual
- Understands that follow-up and consistency drive conversions
- Is disciplined with daily targets and pipeline management
- Is looking to grow into a revenue-driven role over time
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads across phone, WhatsApp, and social channels
- Understand client intent and guide them toward appropriate programs
- Present offerings in a structured and professional manner
- Maintain lead tracking and follow-up discipline
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
What matters in this role:
This is not volume calling. This is conversion-focused work.
You will be expected to handle fewer leads, but convert them effectively.
