About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Account Executives to join our growing media platform. Our services include PR Marketing, Podcasts, and BANT Qualified Lead Generation, helping clients enhance their brand visibility and business growth.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential clients
• Present and pitch our offerings:
o PR Marketing
o Podcast Opportunities
o BANT Qualified Leads
• Manage client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in pitching and client interaction
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow
Eligibility:
• Graduate or Undergraduate (students currently pursuing graduation can also apply)
Training & Compensation Structure:
🔹 Training Period (First 3 Months):
• Fixed Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
• Additional Incentives based on sales performance
• Hands-on training in:
o Sales pitching & communication
o Client acquisition strategies
o Email & LinkedIn outreach
o Media and lead generation services
🔹 Post-Training (Performance-Based Payroll):
• Opportunity to move to full-time payroll
• Salary based on performance + incentives
