Role Summary - You will be the external face of The Hashify — owning the full pre-sales cycle from research and outreach to fixing meetings and closing clients. High autonomy, high impact.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients across healthcare, SaaS, ecommerce, education, and retail
- Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting to generate qualified leads
- Fix meetings and manage pipeline from first contact to closure
- Represent The Hashify professionally in all client interactions
- Prepare and present proposals and pitch decks
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Track all activity and pipeline on CRM or tracker
Required Skills
- 2–4 years B2B sales or BD experience
- Prior experience selling digital marketing, IT, or agency services — strongly preferred
- Proven track record of independently closing clients
- Strong cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting skills
- Excellent communication — written and verbal
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Self-starter — comfortable operating independently
Preferred Skills
- CRM tools — Zoho, HubSpot, or Excel pipeline tracking
- Existing network in SME, healthcare, SaaS, or ecommerce
- Objection handling and negotiation
- Presentable and confident in in-person meetings
