Role Overview:We are looking for a highly polished, client-facing professional who can convert leads, handle client relationships, and drive revenue for luxury destination weddings.
This role sits at the intersection of sales + client servicing, requiring strong communication, understanding of high-end clients, and hands-on experience in weddings/events.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Conversion & Business Development- Call and follow up on all inbound leads (website, Instagram, referrals, etc.)
- Qualify clients based on budget, location, and requirements
- Pitch The Event Designer’s services confidently
- Convert leads into confirmed clients
- Maintain proper follow-up system (calls, WhatsApp, email)
2. Client Meetings & Relationship Management- Attend client meetings (virtual & physical)
- Understand client vision, preferences, and expectations
- Present ideas, venues, and planning approach
- Build strong relationships with HNI / NRI clients
- Act as a key point of contact during initial stages
3. Client Servicing (Pre & During Events)- Coordinate with internal team for planning updates
- Ensure smooth communication between client and execution team
- Handle client queries, concerns, and last-minute changes
- Be present during events (if required) for client handling
4. Coordination & Internal Alignment- Work closely with founders and planning team
- Share clear briefs after client discussions
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are tracked
- Maintain CRM / lead tracking discipline
Candidate Profile:- Minimum 5+ years experience in wedding planning / event industry (non-negotiable)
- Experience with luxury / high-budget weddings (₹1 Cr+) preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident personality with client-facing experience
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients
- Well-groomed, polished, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable with flexible timings and travel
What We’re NOT Looking For:- Freshers or <5 years experience
- Candidates without wedding/event industry background
- Backend-only / non-client-facing profiles
