Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, researching potential markets, and building a strong pipeline of leads. The Business Development Executive will conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking to connect with prospective clients and present The Camino Media’s services. They will prepare proposals, participate in pitches, and support contract negotiations in collaboration with senior team members. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes managing and nurturing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, tracking performance against targets, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business and commercial fundamentals, including client needs analysis and value-based selling.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Account Management abilities, with experience maintaining client relationships and supporting long-term partnerships.
- Relevant experience in media, advertising, marketing, or a related B2B environment is preferred.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, presentations, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or comparable practical experience.
