Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying business opportunities and generating leads, managing client relationships, and developing new accounts. The role will involve creating strategic plans to drive sales growth, communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet business objectives. Additionally, the successful candidate will help support seamless adoption of The Ant Method's offerings within client businesses.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- Experience in Account Management and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term engagement
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Understanding of business strategies and the ability to align client goals with The Ant Method's solutions
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute strategic plans effectively
- Previous experience working with SMEs or in a sales-related role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
