About Us
We are building an AI-focused media and marketing ecosystem, working with startups, founders, and brands in the AI space.
Our focus is on helping companies gain visibility, distribution, and positioning through media, content, and strategic marketing efforts.
We’re currently in a 0 to 1 phase, building this from the ground up with a strong focus on execution.
The Role
We’re hiring for a Business Development role focused on selling AI-focused media and marketing packages.
You’ll be working closely with the founding team, building pipelines, and interacting directly with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
You will not be working in isolation — especially on key sales conversations. The founding team will be actively involved in meetings and conversions particularly in the early phase.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads
- Reach out to founders, startups, and brands in the AI space
- Start conversations and book meetings
- Join sales calls and help move deals forward
- Work closely with the founder on positioning and closing
What we’re looking for
- Experience selling services, marketing, ads or partnerships
- Comfortable with cold outreach + real conversations
- Can confidently engage with founders and decision-makers
- Understands this is a 0 to 1 build phase, not a structured corporate role
- Strong ownership and consistency
Important

- This role is performance-led during the initial phase (commission-based)
- Not suitable for someone looking for a fixed salary from day one
- Requires consistent daily involvement (minimum 3–4 hours)
- You’ll be working directly with the founding team
Compensation
- The packages we sell are high-value and the commission structure is designed to be meaningful and rewarding
- Strong performers can build a solid earning stream based on deals closed
- Post probation, this will evolve into a more structured role with additional incentives
