Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Daily responsibilities include executing client acquisition strategies, meeting potential clients, and collaborating with the internal team to develop customized solutions for business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong experience in Business strategy and understanding of market dynamics
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Account Management and client relationship building
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or agency setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
