Senior Business Development Executive (Remote | Part-Time)
Testscenario is a growing software testing and QA company looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and support our sales growth.
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week)
Experience: 2–5 years
Industry: IT Services / Software Testing
Working Hours: Flexible (night shift availability required for international clients)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients for QA and software testing services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, and online research.
- Schedule meetings and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Update CRM and track outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team on lead generation campaigns.
- Mentor and support junior Business Development Executives
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of business development experience in the IT Services industry (QA, software development, or related services)
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and B2B lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Laptop and reliable internet connection required
