โข Handle customer requirements, negotiations and objections effectively
โข Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

โ Any Graduate with a strong passion for Sales
โ 1โ3 years of field sales experience in Retail / B2B / B2C / FMCG / Consumer Durables / Home Appliances or similar sectors
โ Freshers with high energy, strong communication and a sales mindset can also apply
โ Strong communication & negotiation skills in Hindi and English
โ Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and market visits
โ Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
โ Knowledge of local markets in Bihar & Jharkhand will be an advantage
