About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals in the IT services space.
This role is performance-focused and ideal for someone who thrives on targets, outreach, and revenue generation.
If you are confident in 📞 cold calling, 💼 LinkedIn outreach, and 🤝 closing IT service deals — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 50 outbound calls per day to potential clients
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers
• Run and manage email campaigns
• Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects
• Schedule and coordinate proposal meetings
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Identify new business opportunities in IT services
• Work closely with the internal team to close deals
Requirements:
• Experience in Business Development / Sales (IT preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience with cold calling and B2B lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
Language Requirement (Mandatory):
• Tamil – Must be fluent
• English – Must be fluent (spoken & written)
• Hindi – Additional advantage
Candidates must be confident communicating with clients in Tamil and English.
Performance Expectations:
• Daily activity targets must be met
• Consistent pipeline creation
• Revenue-focused mindset
• Commission earned per successful deal closure
Salary Structure:
• Fixed Salary: As per standards
• Attractive commission per closed deal
• High performers can significantly increase earnings through commissions
