Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include researching the market to identify trends and opportunities, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and expand partnerships.
Qualifications
- Sales and client relationship management skills, including building long-term partnerships
- Market research and business strategy development experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively present ideas and proposals
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable mindset
- Prior experience in IT staffing, consulting, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
