Business Development Executive – IT Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across small, mid-market, and enterprise clients
- Lead full sales cycles for hardware, software, cloud services, and managed IT support
- Understand customer needs and position TecSight’s solutions effectively
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals
- Drive opportunities across digital workplace, hybrid IT, and Gen-AI services
- Develop long-term relationships with IT heads, CIOs, and business stakeholders
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets and support overall business growth
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3+ years of experience in IT sales (hardware, software, or managed services)
- Strong communication skills with a consultative selling style
- Ability to translate enterprise IT challenges into effective solutions
- Proven experience managing end-to-end sales cycles
- Relationship-oriented, with a strong customer-first mindset
- Exposure to cloud, hybrid infrastructure, AI solutions, or staffing services is an advantage
