Job Description: Business Development Executive
Experience: 3 years
Salary: upto 50K per month
Job Location: C. G. Road, Ahmedabad
Work from Office only
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 3 years of experience in IT services sales. The candidate must have strong expertise in bidding portals, email marketing, and project pitching, along with a solid understanding of modern technologies to effectively present and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)
- Execute Email Marketing & LinkedIn outreach campaigns for international clients
- Pitch end-to-end IT solutions to clients based on their business needs
- Understand requirements and prepare custom proposals, estimations & presentations
- Conduct client calls, demos, and presentations with confidence
- Manage complete sales cycle: Lead Generation → Qualification → Pitching → Negotiation → Closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, timeline, and cost
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Achieve defined revenue targets and KPIs

Web Development:
- Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Native: Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift)

Other Solutions:

Key Expectation: Ability to understand client problems and confidently pitch the right technology stack & solution similar to projects delivered by Technostacks.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in project pitching & IT sales
- Hands-on experience with bidding portals & lead generation
- Knowledge of Email Marketing tools and strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Ability to convert leads into successful business deals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK/AU markets)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
