💼 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2 to 3 years of experience in IT / SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle and work closely with international markets.
🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Handle the complete sales cycle:
Lead Generation → Qualification → Negotiation → Pricing → Deal Closure
Generate leads via bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)
Communicate with and manage international clients
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals & demos
Maintain sales data and follow-ups using CRM tools
Coordinate with technical & internal teams for smooth project handover
Engage with clients via emails, calls & virtual meetings.
🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1–2 years of experience in IT / SaaS sales or Business Development
Strong understanding of CRM tools & sales processes
Experience working with international markets
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Hands-on experience with bidding portals
Ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
