Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team at our on-site location in Pune District. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. In this role, you will also collaborate with the senior team to strategize business expansion and achieve revenue targets while effectively communicating value propositions to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive business growth and meet organizational goals.
- Strong skills in Communication for client interactions, negotiations, and presentations.
- Experience in Business and Account Management to oversee and maintain relationships with clients effectively.
- Ability to create and implement innovative strategies to explore new markets and optimize business operations.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a result-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role in the technology or education industry is advantageous.
