Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role will require collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company’s business strategy.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Account Management and establishing long-term client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of business development and sales processes
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the technology or IoT industry is an advantage
Compensation
- Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (depending on experience)
