Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role requires effective communication with prospective clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet business goals and expand the organization's reach.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Strong expertise in Account Management and maintaining long-standing client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Solid understanding of business processes and strategies
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Relevant experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a strong plus.
