Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities
- Generate leads and manage client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs to develop tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and meet sales targets
- Contribute to company growth strategies through proactive communication
Qualifications:
- Expertise in New Business Development & Lead Generation
- Strong knowledge of business processes and strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (plus point)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field

- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
