Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong business relationships. The role requires developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and actively supporting the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Experience in Business and Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Strong Communication skills, including negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines and meet sales targets.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Ahmedabad's market landscape and local networks is an advantage.
