Business Development Executive – Staffing Services
Location: Bangalore / Remote Hybrid
Experience: 1–4 Years

About the Role
Talme Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our staffing business by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with companies across India.
The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, staffing sales, and understanding hiring requirements in IT/non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and recruitment services
* Identify and connect with HRs, Hiring Managers, and Procurement teams
* Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and follow-ups
* Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
* Schedule meetings and present Talme Technologies’ staffing capabilities
* Negotiate commercials, contracts, and closure of staffing requirements
* Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
* Track sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
* Coordinate with internal recruitment team for delivery and closures
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in staffing/recruitment sales preferred
* Knowledge of IT technologies and hiring processes is an advantage
* Strong networking and relationship-building ability
* Comfortable with targets and client interactions
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, CRM tools, and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
* Prior experience in IT staffing / consultancy sales is preferred
