✔ Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, LinkedIn, and references
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
✔ Understand client hiring requirements and offer suitable recruitment solutions
✔ Conduct meetings, presentations, and business pitches with prospective clients
✔ Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals
✔ Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients
✔ Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
✔ Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and reports
- 🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
✔ Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
✔ Ability to build long-term client relationships
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
✔ MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Experience in recruitment, staffing, or service industry will be an added advantage
✔ Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
