Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through outbound/inbound channels
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct product demos and explain solutions effectively to potential customers
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for customized solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS, API-based products, or tech solutions
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API or communication platforms
