Key Responsibilities- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, founders, hiring teams)
- Pitch Syncup’s AI networking & hiring solutions
- Understand client hiring / networking needs and offer tailored solutions
- Convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding process
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship management
- Achieve weekly/monthly acquisition targets
- Track pipeline and update regularly
Desired Candidate Profile- 0–3 years in B2B sales / client acquisition / business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in hiring ecosystem / HR / startup sales is a plus
- Target-driven with ownership mindset
- Ability to sell a product, not just a service
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment
