Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing key accounts, and building strong client relationships. You will also develop and implement business strategies in line with company goals, regularly report on sales performance, and ensure client satisfaction to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Expertise in Business strategies and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the manufacturing or plastics industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is desirable
