Job Description
- Position: Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities
● Manage the complete sales cycle including lead follow-up, pitching, negotiation, and closing
● Actively follow up on inbound and outbound leads to ensure high conversion rates
● Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through effective communication and trust
● Understand patient requirements and recommend appropriate services and solutions
● Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
● Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead-to-surgery conversions
● Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent engagement with prospects
Preferred Candidate Profile
● 2–4 years of proven experience in sales with strong closing skills
● Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
● Highly result-oriented, aggressive, and self-driven mindset
● Experience in lead conversion, patient handling, and follow-up processes
