The Vibe
You aren’t just a salesperson; you’re the growth engine. We’re looking for a high-impact player to own the entire BD pipeline—from scouting high-signal prospects to leading discovery calls and closing long-term retainer partnerships.
This isn't about "selling"; it’s about building genuine trust with decision-makers and turning casual convos into solid client relationships.
What You’ll Own
- Lead Gen & Outbound: Hunting for the right prospects with precision.
- Discovery & Consulting: Running calls that actually provide value, not just a pitch.
- Deal Structuring: Crafting proposals and structuring deals that make sense.
- Closing: Locking in retainer contracts and ensuring a seamless client handoff.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Keeping the CRM immaculate and maintaining elite pipeline discipline.
What We’re Looking For
- The Track Record: Proven B2B sales experience (ideally in services or consulting).
- The Approach: You have a consultative mindset—you listen to understand, not just to respond.
- The Comms: Sharp written and verbal skills. You know how to articulate value clearly.
- The Grind: Disciplined follow-through and the stamina to navigate long sales cycles.
- The Tech Stack: You’re AI-forward. You leverage AI for prospect research, hyper-personalized outreach, call prep, and drafting proposals to work smarter, not harder.
- Experience - 1.5yrs to 2yrs
- Ability to work night Shift - 7.30pm to 4.30am IST
KPIs (How We Measure Success)
- Qualified leads generated & meetings booked.
- Quality of proposals sent & deals closed.
- Total revenue added to the ecosystem.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000- ₹35,000 monthly in hand
