Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business and Account Management practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in building and maintaining professional relationships
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment and collaborate with teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the ERP, software, or technology industry is a plus
What You Will Do
• Daily field visits to manufacturing and cargo companies (8–12 visits/day)
• Cold calls and WhatsApp outreach to prospect database
• Identify pain points, qualify leads, book demo appointments
• Post-demo follow-up and support in deal closure
• Log every visit in CRM — daily reporting to management
What We Are Looking For
• 1–4 years of B2B field sales experience (industrial products, IT, logistics, pharma MR preferred)
• Strong Gujarati communication Saurashtra territory knowledge essential
• Own two-wheeler with valid licence
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable approaching business owners directly
• Hungry to earn base + incentives structured to reward performance
• No prior ERP knowledge needed full product training provided
What We Offer
• Fixed: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
