Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, located in Pune Maharashtra, with flexibility for some remote work. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and managing accounts. The role will also involve strategic communication and collaboration with internal teams to drive growth and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong understanding of Business and Account Management practices
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and relationship management
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
