Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive for a B2B sales role involving client interaction, lead generation, and relationship management. The role requires consistent follow-ups with existing clients and coordination with new prospects to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation through cold calling and outreach
- Engaging with corporate clients via calls and emails
- Managing follow-ups with existing clients
- Coordinating with new and potential clients
- Proposal drafting and sales support
- Maintaining and updating client databases
- Researching and qualifying leads
- Supporting the Business Development team in meetings
- Handling documentation and reporting
Candidate Profile
- Graduate from a recognized university
- 0.6 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Telemarketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Note: Candidates must have their own laptop, as it is mandatory for this role.
