Role Purpose
To drive growth in CASA (Current Account Savings Account) by acquiring new customers, building relationships, and increasing low-cost deposits to support the banks business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new Savings and Current Account customers through field visits, referrals, and leads.
Target individuals, salaried customers, self-employed professionals, SMEs, traders, and local businesses.
Conduct area mapping to identify potential markets and customer segments.
Generate new CASA leads through cold calling, networking, and market visits.
Develop relationships with shops, institutions, associations, and corporate clients to open salary and business accounts.
Cross-sell bank products like FD, RD, insurance, debit cards, and digital banking services.
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure account activation and retention.
Provide prompt service and resolve customer queries to enhance satisfaction.
Maintain regular follow-ups to deepen account engagement and increase balances.
Focus on increasing low-cost deposits by encouraging customers to maintain higher balances.
Promote digital transactions and usage of banking channels to improve CASA productivity.
- Field Marketing Activities
Conduct promotional activities such as camps, kiosks, and local events to create brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams for localized marketing initiatives.
Ensure proper KYC verification and documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer onboarding and adhere to audit and compliance standards.
Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
Track performance metrics such as account opening, activation rate, and deposit growth.
Submit daily field activity reports and sales updates to the Branch Manager.
Monitor pipeline, conversions, and customer engagement status.
Key Skills Required
