JOB DESCRIPTION:
About Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, demo coordination, and customer engagement for our flagship product, Pheezee. This is a high-impact inside sales role requiring strong communication, persistence, and ownership of the sales funnel from prospecting to demo stage.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and databases
· Connect with healthcare professionals (clinics, hospitals, physiotherapists) to introduce solutions
· Schedule and coordinate product demos with internal teams
· Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and handle initial objections
· Maintain CRM updates, track pipeline, and ensure no lead leakage
· Collaborate with sales and product teams for smooth lead handover and conversion
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Basic understanding of sales funnel
- Good follow-up and negotiation basics
- CRM tools familiarity (preferred)
