About the Role
Staffline Solutions is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive on behalf of a reputed client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in client-facing interactions and presentations
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus

- Experience in B2B sales or service-based industry
