Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. They will also act as a key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while driving sales and business expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Strong expertise in Business Operations and Account Management to maintain relationships and achieve client satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients and convey solutions effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a results-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in financial services or business development roles will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
