We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai. This role is key to driving client acquisition and business growth by promoting a wide range of financial products, including investment solutions and insurance services.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Outreach
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Promote investment platforms and insurance offerings
Needs Analysis & Consultation
- Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and insurance requirements
- Provide tailored financial solutions aligned with customer needs
Consultative Selling
- Recommend and explain suitable products, including:
- Investment & Stock Market Services (Equity, Mutual Funds)
- Insurance Solutions (Life, Health, General)
- Build trust through clear and effective communication
Conversion & Revenue Growth
- Handle objections and close deals effectively
- Convert leads into long-term, value-driven client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, business development, or financial advisory
- Background in investment, stock broking, or insurance preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly target-oriented and self-motivated
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
