Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting market research, fostering sales growth, negotiating client agreements, and maintaining customer satisfaction to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business development and Account Management processes
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Relevant experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within a real estate or proptech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
