Role Overview :
Spotlyte is growing, and we're looking for people who bring both structure and spark to everything they do. We're hiring a Vendor Partnership Manager & Community Host — a dual-function, full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. During the week, you'll own vendor relationships end-to-end: identifying partnership opportunities, managing accounts, and ensuring seamless collaboration with our vendor network. On weekends, you step into the spotlight — hosting community events, driving on-ground engagement, and being the face of the Spotlyte experience.
This role is for someone who can hold a business conversation and command a room — sometimes on the same day.
What You'll Do:
Vendor Partnership & Business Development
• Identify, approach, and onboard vendors aligned with Spotlyte's events and brand positioning
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
• Evaluate partnership opportunities and negotiate terms, deliverables, and timelines
• Oversee vendor accounts to ensure commitments are met and collaborations run smoothly
• Track vendor performance and share structured feedback to continuously improve partnerships
Community Hosting & Event Presence
• Host Spotlyte's weekend events, activations, and community gatherings on-ground in Bengaluru
• Facilitate meaningful engagement between vendors, attendees, and brand partners
• Represent Spotlyte with professionalism and energy — setting the tone for every experience
• Coordinate in real time with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution
• Gather on-ground feedback and insights to inform future event planning
What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in events, sales, hospitality, or vendor management
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable being the center of attention and driving social energy
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term vendor relationships
• Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple vendor relationships simultaneously
• Weekend availability is non-negotiable
• Bengaluru-based (or willing to relocate)
• A people-person with a natural flair for hosting or presenting is a strong plus
• Bonus: Existing network of event vendors in Bengaluru
