Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Agartala. The role involves identifying and cultivating business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, fostering partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives. The Business Development Executive will also play a vital role in identifying market trends to formulate strategies for expanding the organization's reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of business strategies and client relationship management
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and achieving client satisfaction
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and results-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and navigate a dynamic work environment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
