Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Agartala for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include creating and implementing effective strategies for business growth, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and achieving set targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new growth opportunities
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to maintain relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication abilities to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet targets and exceed expectations
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing business trends is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role in education or training sectors is an advantage
