Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive stationed in Agartala. The Business Development Executive will identify and explore new business opportunities, generate leads, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and manage accounts effectively. The role will also involve creating and presenting business proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with teams to achieve growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong skills in Business Growth and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proactive approach to identifying and securing opportunities
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience in working with a team and collaborating across departments
- Previous experience in business development or sales is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
