- Proven experience in lead generation, online bidding, and business development within the IT industry. Worked in Service based IT company.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for lead generation and bidding.
- Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads and client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels (such as online platforms, social media, and networking events) to generate leads.
- Identify and participate in relevant online platforms and marketplaces for bidding on IT projects.
- Prepare compelling proposals, including project scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Maintain a strong online presence and actively respond to client queries.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and market penetration.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve results
