Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneshwar for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, fostering new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building long-term professional relationships. The role prioritizes business growth through customer engagement, effective communication, and partnership development.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining professional relationships
- Demonstrated skills in Business Development and strategic planning
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to meet sales targets
- Prior experience in the technology or software industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
