Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive. Based in Mumbai, the role involves fostering new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts, with the flexibility to work remotely on select days. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing potential leads, building and nurturing client relationships, developing business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business practices and an ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills with experience in client interaction and negotiations
- Account Management experience with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategy development, and planning
- Being self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a hybrid environment
- Prior experience in social media marketing or digital marketing-related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
