We’re hiring a Business Development Executive (2+ years experience) – PCMC, Pune (Work From Office)
This is NOT a typical sales role.
We are not looking for someone who just follows scripts, does cold calling all day, or waits for leads to come in.
We want someone who understands how to create opportunities.
Someone who can think:
“How do I tap into this market differently?”
“Where are the hidden leads?”
“How do I open doors others are not even knocking on?”
If you’re someone who:
- Knows how to generate leads creatively (not just chase them)
- Has existing industry connections or knows how to build them fast
- Can take ownership of targets and actually deliver (not just report activity)
- Is proactive, resourceful, and result-driven
Then this role is for you.
Experience: 2+ years in sales
Location: PCMC, Pune (Work From Office)
Compensation:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month + performance incentives
+ ESOPs* (for long-term contributors)
