Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive student admissions and represent SMP Institute across colleges and outreach channels in North Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ā ā Engage prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
ā¢ā ā Counsel students on courses, fees, and career outcomes
ā¢ā ā Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
ā¢ā ā Achieve monthly admission targets
ā¢ā ā Maintain lead records in Google Sheets / CRM
ā¢ā ā Represent SMP Institute at college outreach programs and local events
ā¢ā ā Build partnerships with PU and degree colleges across North Bengaluru
Requirements
ā¢ā ā 0ā3 years of experience in sales, education, or counseling (freshers welcome)
ā¢ā ā Strong communication in English & Kannada (Hindi/Tamil a plus)
ā¢ā ā Target-driven with good interpersonal skills
ā¢ā ā Comfortable with cold calling and field visits
ā¢ā ā Familiarity with WhatsApp Business & Google Sheets
ā¢ā ā Bachelor's degree in any discipline
