The Role -
You will be the face of Smartdoor in Karjat.
Karjat is an emerging real estate destination — growing demand for second homes, weekend properties, and plotted developments makes this a high-opportunity territory for the right person.
Your job is to build Smartdoor's presence here — one relationship at a time.
What You Will Do:
→ Identify and reach out to CAs, property brokers, bank relationship managers, and NBFCs in your territory
→ Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and platform demonstrations
→ Convert leads into active clients — onboard them onto the Smartdoor platform
→ Build and maintain a channel partner network of brokers, CAs, and bank contacts
→ Own your pipeline — from first conversation to signed client
→ Share market intelligence with the founding team to sharpen our go-to-market approach
Whom We Are Looking For:
→ 1–5 years in sales — real estate, financial products, or B2B services
→ Exposure to the local real estate ecosystem — brokers, banks, developers, or NBFCs
→ Based in or willing to relocate to Karjat — local knowledge is a real advantage
→ Comfortable with technology — you will demo a digital platform to clients
→ Self-starter — you own your territory, your schedule, and your results
→ Relationship builder — you create trust quickly and sustain it
