Business Development Executive (Sales)
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. We are looking for someone confident in building long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving consistent revenue growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic sales skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads
• Manage and maintain the complete sales pipeline effectively
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to establish strategic advantages
• Consistently follow up with leads and clients to ensure conversions and retention
• Track sales metrics, targets, and performance reports regularly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
• Proven experience in the complete sales cycle including deal closing
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships
• Experience with CRM tools and sales management systems is preferred
• Prior experience in digital marketing, agency sales, or IT services will be an added advantage
