Role OverviewWe are hiring a Business Development Executive who can generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue.
This role is strictly for individuals who are serious about sales and performance. If you are not comfortable with targets, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified leads via:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email marketing
- Cold calling (India + International markets)
- Book meetings with potential clients
- Understand client requirements and pitch services
- Close deals and convert leads into paying clients
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Maintain daily tracking of outreach and conversions
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening)- Experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation
- Strong English communication (spoken + written)
- Hands-on experience in calling and closing deals
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, Websites)
- Comfortable with targets and performance pressure
- Must be available for full-time on-site role in Noida
Preferred Profile- Experience in digital marketing agency or similar industry
- Experience handling international clients (US/UK)
- Self-driven, aggressive, and result-oriented mindset
Compensation₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month + Performance Incentives
(Uncapped earning potential. Top performers can earn ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000+)
