Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)Location: Noida (On-site)

Smarkupp Studios is looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive who can actively contribute to client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is focused on identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling (US/UK markets preferred)
- Identify and connect with founders, CMOs, and decision-makers
- Book qualified meetings and drive conversions
- Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, social media, and website solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly revenue and deal closure targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
Requirements- Experience in lead generation and business development
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle international clients and sales calls
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
Bonus Preference- Existing network or leads in US/UK markets
- Proven record of closing high-ticket deals
- Understanding of agency sales funnels and outreach systems
